Warren Diesel new spool valve injectors have all internal mating surfaces remanufactured, inspect all pieces of the injector, replace defective parts, and test each solenoid. Every O-ring in and on the injector is replaced. Every remanufactured injector is flow tested on their in house flow bench. Each injector has 4 tests that it has to pass before being shipped out to you.
1 year warranty
Any injector larger then stock will require custom tuning, ARP head studs are recommended
155/30's can be run in a stock truck and only requires custom tuning
175/30's must have at least a regulated return to hold fuel pressure
190/30's will need a full fuel system and a regulated return to hold fuel pressure
430/150's and 430/200's should have a built engine and dual HPOP's
500/400's can not be daily driven, the nozzle will fail, for competition use only.
